2. How does the qualification and task workflow work?

  • Contributor qualifies for a task or receives an invite
  • HR assigns a test/task (paid or unpaid)
  • Candidate completes and submits the work
  • HR reviews and rates the submission
  • Status update: Approved for production work / Not Approved
  • For paid tasks, approved payout is released

This cycle ensures transparency for both employers and job seekers.

3. What is a paid task?

An assignment where candidates receive a payout upon successful completion and approval.

  • Project owner / company defines whether a task is paid or unpaid
  • Project owner / company sets an approximate payout
  • Project owner / company confirms the actual payout after review

4. How do I know if my task is paid or unpaid?

  • Assigned status clearly shows Paid Task (with approximate payout) or Unpaid Task
  • Track submission status, review status, and final payout (if applicable)
Payouts

5. When will I receive my payout?

  • After HR reviews and marks your status as Qualified
  • Payout is approved and updated in your earnings dashboard
  • Released per platform’s withdrawal cycle (bank/UPI/PayPal etc. depending on system)

6. Can I withdraw my earnings anytime?

Withdrawals depend on the minimum payout threshold and payment method configured. See full details in your Payments / Earnings section.

7. How do employers benefit?

  • Post projects / tasks and receive contributors
  • Assign tasks/tests with defined payout values

15. Can employers post unlimited projects / tasks?

Yes, verified employers can post multiple projects / tasks. Optional upgrades for bulk posting or team accounts may be available per admin configuration.

9. Is the platform free for candidates?

Yes. Applying and completing assessments is free. Paid tasks provide earning opportunities.

11. What if I fail a task or test?

Failure does not negatively affect your account.

Failing a task does not block future opportunities — performance history improves over time.
