You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

You agree to promptly update your profile details, contact information, and any documents you upload to ensure they remain accurate and complete.

Job Seekers’ Responsibilities

• Applications
• Submit truthful, complete information including skills, experience, and samples where requested.
• Tasks and Submissions
• Complete assigned tasks and tests as instructed; ensure your submissions are accurate, original, and within deadlines.
• Data and Conduct
• Do not misrepresent qualifications, share confidential task content publicly, or attempt to bypass platform workflows.

HR Responsibilities

• Job Posting
• Publish accurate role details, criteria, and compensation ranges where applicable; comply with laws and platform rules.
• Task Assignment
• Assign tasks fairly, provide clear instructions, review submissions, and record approvals or rework promptly.
• Payouts and Approvals
• Approve eligible payouts for completed assignments in a timely manner; do not withhold payments without documented reasons communicated through the platform.

Admin Rights and Moderation

Admins may moderate content, review jobs and tasks, approve or restrict HR permissions, and act on reports of misuse. Admins may edit, unpublish, or remove content and may suspend accounts where there is suspected fraud, abuse, violations of laws, or breach of these terms.

Payments, Payouts, Delays, and Disputes

Remote Ghar is not an employer and does not guarantee any engagement, wage, or earning. Payments to job seekers relate to approved task or project submissions as recorded in the platform; HRs are primarily responsible for approvals and payout actions where applicable.

Payout timelines may vary based on review, approvals, payment processors, bank holidays, or compliance checks. If a dispute arises regarding a task, submission, or payout, you must use the platform’s communication and audit trails to resolve it. Remote Ghar may, at its discretion, review and mediate limited disputes but is not obligated to resolve payment disagreements.

Task-Based and Project-Based Work

Tasks and projects may include AI training work, data labeling, voice, text, image, and other structured assignments. You acknowledge that work may be variable, non-continuous, and dependent on availability and approvals. The platform does not guarantee the volume, continuity, or frequency of tasks or projects.

Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Except where otherwise stated, the platform retains rights to site content and designs. User submissions to tasks or projects may be used by HRs or clients under the assignment terms. By submitting task outputs, you grant the applicable HR or client a license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your submissions for their business purposes, subject to any payout and approval conditions.

You must ensure that materials you upload are your own or properly licensed and do not infringe third-party rights.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or identity sharing.
• Posting illegal or inappropriate content.
• Circumventing platform processes, rate limits, or security controls.
• Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or data extraction beyond permitted use.
• Sharing confidential tasks or client content publicly.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, unlawful activity, repeated low-quality submissions, abuse of reviews or payouts, or risks to platform integrity. You may request account closure at any time; closure does not affect obligations or rights accrued prior to closure.

Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee

Remote Ghar provides the platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee work opportunities, task availability, payouts, or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Ghar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in features, laws, or policies. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page or communicated through the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules.
