English to Hindi (Latin Script) Translator
About the Role
Dhavan LangSoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced English to Hindi (Latin Script) Translators to join global language and localization projects through the OneForma platform. This is a remote, freelance, project-based opportunity for skilled linguists who can deliver high-quality translations while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance. Translators will work with international clients on a variety of content types, including localization, AI data, and language-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate content from English to Hindi (Latin Script) accurately and naturally.
- Ensure linguistic quality, consistency, and cultural appropriateness of translations.
- Review and edit translated content when required.
- Follow project guidelines, terminology, and style guides.
- Collaborate with project managers and linguistic teams to meet project requirements.
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Participate in localization, AI data, transcription, and linguistic QA projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and quality standards for all project materials.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi and strong command of English.
- Proven experience in English to Hindi translation and localization projects.
- Familiarity with Hindi written in Latin Script.
- Excellent grammar, writing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with CAT tools is preferred.
- Previous experience in AI data projects, transcription, localization, or linguistic QA is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for remote collaboration.
