What You’ll Be Doing

• Record short voice clips in various tones, emotions, and styles.

• Take on the “host” role in scripted calls, recording high-quality audio turn-by-turn.

• Review and edit scripts, providing constructive feedback on recordings made by other participants.

• Deliver recordings with clear pronunciation, engaging vocal tone, and professional quality.

• Follow script instructions and project directions to meet specific requirements.

Common Tasks

• Record text with a range of emotions.

• Record short conversations demonstrating different emotions, accents, and vocal modulations.

• Participate in peer review by providing feedback on other participants’ recordings.

What We’re Looking For

• Native fluency in Hindi.

• Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice.

• Ability to record in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

• Access to a home recording setup with a high-quality microphone.

• Experience in voice-related work, such as voiceover acting, podcasting, or audio narration.

Nice to Have

• Background in on-screen or stage acting, classical voice training, or vocal music.

• Access to an audio interface device.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn up to $40 USD/hr, paid weekly (rates vary based on quality, accuracy, and time spent).

• Payment via PayPal or AirTM.

• Flexible schedule — no contracts or 9-to-5 hours. Most participants work 5–10 hrs/week, up to 40 hrs/week from home.
