Job Overview:
As an Implementation Engineer at Tennr, you will use the Tennr platform to design, configure, and deliver customized automation solutions for clients. You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, system integration, and optimal platform performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions based on client requirements

• Work closely with clients and provide continuous communication throughout implementation

• Conduct testing and quality checks to identify and resolve technical issues

• Provide support and troubleshooting for escalated implementation problems

• Track, document, and manage incidents using ticketing systems

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Tennr Fluent’s features, capabilities, and limitations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, workflows, and system integrations

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in software engineering, implementation, or technical consulting
