Education Experts (M.Ed., Ed.D., or PhD in Education)
Partnering with a leading AI lab to engage experienced education professionals on a project basis. Contractors will create and evaluate tasks that test AI systems’ understanding of pedagogical content, instructional design, and real-world teaching scenarios. The work is ideal for individuals with deep expertise in K–12 or higher education who are comfortable working independently and asynchronously.

Design realistic education-related prompts covering teaching strategies, learning objectives, assessments, and classroom dynamics

Evaluate AI-generated responses for pedagogical soundness, clarity, and alignment with educational best practices

Create reference examples that reflect accurate instruction and real-world classroom communication

Identify reasoning gaps, instructional weaknesses, and factual inaccuracies in AI outputs

Collaborate asynchronously with other subject matter experts and reviewers using shared documents and structured feedback

Advanced degree in education or a related field (e.g., M.Ed., Ed.D., or PhD in education)

3+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, educational research, or teacher training

Familiarity with instructional standards, assessment frameworks, and differentiated learning approaches

Strong analytical, writing, and pedagogical evaluation skills

Comfort working across multiple education levels and content domains
