Multilingual Technology Expert
collaborating with a leading AI lab on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving technical reasoning, systems understanding, and applied problem-solving in advanced language models. We’re seeking experienced Technology professionals to contribute by creating and evaluating technology-related prompts and responses.
This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and professionally active in one or more of the following languages:
Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Importantly, we are not looking for translation ability alone. Candidates must have real-world professional experience working in technology within their linguistic and cultural context — including familiarity with local technical ecosystems, engineering standards, developer communities, product norms, and industry terminology.
-
Author realistic technology prompts spanning software engineering, IT, systems architecture, cybersecurity, data systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, and related domains
-
Review and revise AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, feasibility, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices
-
Write high-quality human-authored “gold” responses for complex debugging scenarios, architectural trade-offs, or implementation challenges
-
Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in constraints, environments, performance requirements, or system assumptions
-
Evaluate outputs across different tones (technical documentation, explanatory, advisory) and instruction constraints
-
Identify model failure cases involving logical errors, incorrect implementation details, security oversights, or unrealistic system designs
-
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience)
-
2+ years of professional work experience in software development, systems engineering, IT, cybersecurity, data engineering, or a related technology role
-
Active professional familiarity with technology practice in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi
-
Strong understanding of industry standards, development workflows, and technical documentation practices within your linguistic and cultural context
-
Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language
